I wanted to know how to lose weight quickly

Those times are not good for people like me. I weight a little bit too much. Well to be honest it was always more than few pounds. For most of the people I was always a rather fat girl. And it is not easy life when you are fat. Not in these times. Everywhere they try to show us those skinny models and healthy looking guys. But this is not the real life. But the worst thing is the fact that most of the people believe ion those things they see on the TV or on the Internet. I must admit that my life was not easy. It never was. But I finally decided to lose some extra pounds. I wanted to know how to lose weight quickly. Of course I started to look for some tips on the Internet and there I found many advices hoe to lose weight quickly. And to be honest I did not know what to decide on. There was so many different advices and many of them were opposite to each other. Where somebody explained that it is good to eat less there was always somebody who claimed that you can eat whatever you want but do more exercises. And believe me or not it was not so simply to find the best answers. So I finally decided to go to a doctor who eventually gave me the best advices. And I must say that all of you should try to ask a specialist instead of looking for answers on the Internet. Because my plan really worked and now I am no more a fat person. I am a normal person. I have always been but now I also look that way.
